How To Enjoy Sundays

I look forward to Sundays much more than before. This has been mainly because I spend most of the other days working or reading up on things that it provides a much needed break.

Also partly because I get to do what I want without following a specific schedule.

Some of the things I Do/Don’t do on Sundays:

1) Sleep in

Forget waking up at 5 or 6. I wake up naturally with no alarm clocks. Ideally before 10 AM if I want to attend church at 11.

2) Eat whatever

It feels good to wake up and eat whatever I want.

I skip breakfast & eat clean normally. I ate two bags of Milano chocolate chip cookies with coffee this morning.

I have cheat meals on Sundays. Eat whatever food of however amount. Whenever.

3) No set schedule

I attend church but besides that, I don’t have detailed To-Do lists.

I find this to be freeing.

4) Relax

Hang out with friends, go to the gym, go to a cafe, take a walk outside. Or not.

I work on whatever projects I desire, sometimes that means having to do work I don’t necessarily like. Or waking up really early. The key being doing it because I Want to.

 

My Sundays go by too fast I lose track of time.

The sun shone through the windows this morning and next thing you know it’s time for me to get to bed.
