1 meal a day for 30 days

For 30 days I will only eat 1 meal a day.

There’s only 1 hour window to eat my meals as well. This includes no snacking outside the hour so I will be fasting for 23 hours.

Today was the first day, it was quite easy.

I went to get groceries later and bought a lot of meat, butter, and eggs for the rest of the week.
