I previously wrote about eating one meal a day.
Here’s what I ate the next day.
First I baked 3 chicken breasts in the oven.
Prepared 5 eggs (multiple spices), there was some hot dog in the fridge so I added that as well.
Finally, here’s what you get.
1) Steak
2) Chicken breast (only 1 piece)
3) 5 eggs with 2 hot dogs
4) Wai wai – raw noodles
5) Avocado

I prepared to eat a lot after not eating for a long time + not being able to eat for a while. I started cooking around 12:40 PM and was at the table ready to eat around 1:30 PM.
To be honest, there have been 2 days where I ate more than once a day.
First, it was because I forgot to take the meat out of the fridge and it was still frozen when it was time to cook so I had to thaw it out first, ate what I had and came back later to cook and eat the meat again (with rice).
Second was because there was a small event which served relatively healthy food, I ate a small plate to save money. Came home and ate lamb leg and eggs a few hours later.
I seem to be losing a few pounds of weight, which is not necessarily what I want but my body is still adjusting to the diet. We’ll have to wait and see how it feels after another week or two.
