There’s this game where people puts on a fake front.
They hide away from their true self and play a character.
They hide their self away from the light and take on this persona.
Then when they come home they are really tired because they have been acting all day.
They hide their true self because they are afraid that others may not like that person. Because they don’t even like themselves.
Have you ever seen a person in an interaction with a big smile on their face, they seem happy but it’s just a fake smile. And once the interaction is done they will resume to their old self. They are miserable and afraid of being alone. The smile only comes out for others to see.
